Hampton Inn Van Horn

Driving through and decided to stay the night to get some rest. Highly recommended very clean and great service

Great place to unwind

I always choose a Hampton Inn if available. Great locations, good breakfast, comfy beds and nice bathrooms

Difficult to get to. Especially at night. Minimal llighting. Understaffed No TV in room Dirty pillows Send staff to Kerrville facility to get decor tips worst Hampton I have ever visited

Elevator out of order.

We had a small dog and when walked him outside in there was lots of dog poop. Staff obviously had not picked up for several days.

We only stayed one night. They informed us the elevator was out of service although it looked like a new hotel. They gave us a room on the first floor so we wouldn’t need an elevator. Room was great. Breakfast was yummy.

Loved my stay. Quiet and clean

Front desk staff very friendly. Promptly attended to us. Elevator out of order. Senior citizens had to climb stairs with luggage.

They have great clean rooms. Breakfast bar was very good.

Very good continental breakfast. Nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items with pastries. Fully stocked with friendly kitchen staff.

The tiniest Hampton Inn on the planet! The room was good. The hotel was poor. They are undergoing renovations, which seem to have gone on a long time. It looks like work stopped a long time ago. Black plastic on the ground. Windows all had a white filmy grit. (I tried to clean ours on the outside, but it would have taken a razor blade.) The front door was open at 3 AM and no one at the desk. (Took 10 min.s to get someone to respond to check in. I had a long chat with another guy waiting there before me.) Someone sleeping with a sleeping bag in the lobby.

Very convenient from highway. Enough space. Quiet even close from highway.

Typical hotel off the highway in the middle of nowhere. Just stop/eat dinner/ sleep and leave.

The staff was nice, the room was clean & the breakfast was good. The outside grounds is currently being redone.

Clean, comfortable, convenient to I-10.

Upon arrival the room that was given to us was dirty and had not ben serviced. The reservation was made ahead of schedule and there was no reason for this inconvenience.
