Well the room it was clean the bed was comfortable

Very old and needs some serious renovation. Otherwise, you get what you paid for.

Easy to locate. Walking distance from the Nugget. Gas stations, fast food, groceries, bars, and casinos within blocks. Quiet and clean.

The usual rating for this property is 4.5. The staff is uniformly kind and attentive. BUT We were there for 2 nights and in spite of reporting a lack of hot water in the shower on Friday morning, the issue was not resolved by the next day. The water temp was between cold & tepid. Staff was apologetic but the problem of inability to shower for 2 nights is a deal breaker especially on my wife and my 25th wedding anniversary. Of course we will give the hotel another chance, we visit here 4-5 times a year. We however were most disappointed.

The room's heater stopped working during the visit, so a space heater was provided. The room was more than adequate with a very comfortable bed.

Brilliant and friendly staff. Perfect for Nevada Day Parade.

Bathroom was very worn especially a very well used toilet seat. Carpet was n process with a very much needed replacement.

Everything was good. The carpet in the room had some spots, but it was very clean. The breakfast was not great, but adequate. The front desk personnel were really nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

Shower head was too low for 5’9” and 6’5” people. No hair conditioner. Bed very comfortable and nice bedding. Breakfast was only cold cereal, yogurt and 2 fruits. We appreciated the underground parking.

Favorite Hotel in Carson City. Very friendly

It is a nice hotel. Beds are a bit soft but my husband and I had queen beds to sleep on separately. Had we slept in same bed i probable would have rolled into him since he's quite larger than me. The carpets really need to be replaced. There was quite a few stains. Its not real quiet with the wooden floors. Heard a child talking and running around.

The hotel did not honor the amenities. I had specifically filtered the hotel for hot tub and when I arrived, they told me that it is not the season yet although we are in the season already. It was extremely cold how come the hot tub is not open yet. When I called Expedia, they told me that the hotel does not offer refund or compensation at all.. please be aware that the amenities that you see in the app are not guaranteed. I will not choose this hotel ever again.

the carpet in our room is filthy! walking on it without shoes soils your socks clean bathroom and furniture outside grounds are clean but worn and desolate

Beds were comfortable & nice staff. Breakfast was not fresh. Needs remodeling/redecorating but good enough for the price and nicely located.
