We had a great stay. The suite was very spacious and it was nice that it had 2 bathrooms which is nice when traveling with children. It’s a great location and we will definitely be back when in the area.

Clean and quiet. Daughter left some notebooks behind in the desk and they were unable to find them...they are not in any of our suitcases or vehicle. Bummer but oh well...maybe they'll turn up in lost & found.

The beds were absolutely horrible. I was told I’m the first to complain about them. Mattress seemed cheap and so hard. When sitting down in less than 10 minutes it was a bit hard definitely when laying down. I called the front desk about 2:45 it took more than several calls to reach the front desk. I was told there’s nothing to do because all beds were the same. I asked for cotts, was told no room for them, but was brought one, it was absolutely horrible! Then for breakfast we purchased online when booking, and then I just noticed an extra charge on my card, for breakfast that was already purchased. This place may be nice on the eyes, but not accommodating and out right not a great stay, avoid if possible.!! I sure will. Marked in Hotels. Com as Never Again!
