Had an awesome stay, great hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Beautiful deck walk to the beach. Bar and restaurant in Hotel. Beachfront bar n grill as well. Will definitely stay here again , family had a great time!!

Loud noise around 9pm to 1am staff John and Cynthia were so rude and not helpful at all they actually told me the employees had to work, and there was no way they could stop making noise. They never offered to change rooms. The AC was not working. The squeaky sound in my bed was horrible. I spoke to the assistant manager in the morning, he was helpful. He was not helpful. They’re just not qualify to be professional professionals. They’re too young.

It is great to have breakfast included. We arrived for breakfast between 8:00-8:30 many items were empty and they were having a hard time getting them restocked. We had to eat our breakfast with a spoon every day due to lack of forks.
It would be better to offer fewer item and stock them properly.
If there is not time to wash forks, then purchase more forks. Flat wear is not that expensive.
Our last days we chose to eat out instead.

Fabulous property with beautiful views. Great selection of food, nice little shop, great pool area, friendly staff and reasonably priced. I do wish the second hot tub had been working but other than that the stay was amazing.

Came over New Years. Rooms are overpriced and service lacking for the cost! Pool towels are thin, old and ragged, breakfast buffet had cold eggs, missing items and restaurant served cold mozzarella sticks with cold marinara sauce. The hot tub was luke warm, no glassware was provided upon request (rule of the hotel apparently). We will not stay there again. It really should not have the Hilton name on it.

Overall it was an amazing stay! The room was clean and beds comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean. We were missing a quilt for the sofa bed and took a while to get it to us, but otherwise had no complaints about the room. The kiddie pool was blocked off and one of the hot tubs is cold, like the pool. The breakfast was great as was the restaurant. We would absolutely stay at this property again.
