I liked the smart TV options, gym and laundry facilities, and the staff.
It would be great if the input worked so that a laptop or firestick could be used with the tv, but that's a minor issue.

Manager was very nice and helpful! Room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was a little confusing but it ended up working out. Super convenient location with a lot of food nearby to choose from.

Check went poorly when they gave me an attitide about giving me the King Bed I had reserved. They said they gave out all the ling bed rooms…. So whats the point of RESERVING one thats available? They grunted and gave it to me. Check in was LONG. I called later to report some Items I had left there…. My mistake. But they had no recollection of having found my NEW clothing items that had tags and were in bags. Made me feel like a liar about leaving them there. I had a witness. Either the help steals or theres no communication. Still waiting for a manager to call back a week later

I had a pre-paid reservation but we could not go due the wildfires burning in LA. I tried to get help to cancel or change the reservation but the hotel would not listen. They took all the money I paid for the reservation and would not let me rebook. Be careful about losing your money if you book here.

The LG TV in our room offered many streaming options. However, found the guide to the TV channels was not user friendly. There was not a listing of channels. Had to scroll thru entire list to view.

The hotel is the closet you can get to Magic Mountain. A 15-20 min walk. Perfect for our family. Amenities were fine, not great. The pool was closed and the hot tub was out of order. Housekeeping missed our rooms on the day they were scheduled to come. The gym has some free weights and 2 treadmills, 1 bike. If you just need a quick workout it’s ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food and coffee spots are close. Overall the value for the location was acceptable.

Property is within walking distance from Magic Mountain. Coffee Bean/Mcdonalds/Gas next door. Starbucks down the street onMagic Mountain Way. The front desk & staff were great. Second stay & we look forward to returning.
