My husband and I recently stay here for 2 nights, the property was very well maintained. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel has direct access to the beach.

Great property

Front desk associate did not provide me my parking decal and breakfast vouchers when i first arrived. Also, lack of transparency between front desk team and engineers/technicians at resort lead to back and forth issues trying to resolve a door issues that took over 2 hours to fix.

Beautiful views!

Nice hotel right on the beach. Provided beach chairs for $47 a day, as well as an inside and outside pool. Rooms were spacious and beds were pretty comfortable. Only complaint is the cleaning service, as our beds were made, but trash was never taken out, and sand was never vacuumed.

The stay was awesome, service and cleanness is absolutely 10/10.

Amazing I recommend

Of the 5 night stay there was only one day we did not have to beg and pester for our room to be serviced. The last day. Probably because staff was sick of us asking? I asked multiple times if i was crazy- if rooms being cleaned was optional & I needed to ask? Staff via text said it was a standard but they would put in my request. I said if it was standard -why do I need to request it? The reply was oh so you dont want service? How asinine. They kept talking to me like this when we just wanted clean towels and bedding. Traveling w/ four kids & spending 500 plus a night on the room plus 200-300 a day on food etc it seems insane to beg for service. The first day asking someone finally came at night & made two beds & left. Loosely made the beds no cleaning. The 2nd day the mains said to leave and they were coming in to clean after we asked again. We left and sat in the lobby for 45-50 minutes. My older kids went up to see if it was done and found no one had even entered!! It was so infuriating sitting with toddlers for an hour in the lobby. The head lady came & was like they didnt enter and clean!? They were there going to. I said nope! She did it herself & it was the only night the room was cleaned nice.We had maids knocking at ten pm asking to service the room?! Like a joke because we asked? It was so awkward & weird. We are nice and normal people but this five days they forgot half our meal one night- no refund ? And our last day the one heated pool /hot tub were cold broken!
