The front desk and staff were very friendly and kind. Easy and quick check-in and clean room

I reserved a handicap accessible king suite. The closest handicap parking spot opened the passenger side of my SUV into a curb covered with snow. It was hairy to maneuver. My visit was during the super frigid week in January 2025. The desk staff was not familiar with the layout of rooms in relation to parking. Room is very nice.

This will be the only place I stay when traveling to Rochester Ny. Affordable, very clean, easy Check in, breakfast was great, easy access to everything you need, great location what else can I say

We were happy with the hotel.

Do not book here. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I reserved months in advance. I get off my airplane and call them to let them know I will be arriving later in the night, they tell me it is fine. I arrive after driving four and a half hours and they tell me they only have one of my rooms and the rest of the property is sold out. I have to go spend double the price elsewhere when my rooms were already paid for. They tell me hotels website is at fault for over booking. When I spend the following days of my vacation getting in contact with hotels website they say the hotel told them my party was not complete when I arrived and that's why they couldn't give me my rooms. Such liars. I have never been more let down with a company.

I booked double bed room. When i m doing check in. They don't have rooms.

I drove 5 hrs to watch my daughters college basketball team play, Upon arrival I was never asked for any identification when being checked in, The night desk attendant was very Rude, I immediately called the front desk to advise them my toilet was constantly running and it was not addressed until after I had to leave the premises to use the bathroom, I called the corporate number and 2 hrs before check out someone responded nobody offered any compensation for this MAJOR inconvenience.

The staff is extremely rude. That was before we even found out we did not receive the room we booked 10 months earlier. When questioned, their response was they were sold out. Yes, that is why we booked 10 months ago. They said they were going to give us a discount which was the exact same rate as what we were paying. My suggestion is to call many times verifying your room. As for the hotel, the same garbage in the halls remained there for three days and the breakfast was sub par. You can tell the food was either stale or frozen and heated up too many times. We rarely stay at a holiday inn and now we know why.

One of the best night's sleep I've gotten in a long time with embroidered pillows, "firm" and "soft". Hands-down, the absolute best breakfast I have ever enjoyed at a hotel before with REAL food cooked, not warmed up. The options seemed endless! The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Convenient and clean.

Property is very convenient to RIT and many shops and restaurants. We booked king suite with sofa bed for three people. Were given king bed, no sofa bed, no rollaway. General manager refused to address issue that night or since. Husband slept on floor like an animal because all area hotels were fully booked for parent and assistant manager offered compensation. Have stayed there before with no issues. Manager is completely unreasonable and says “we used reservation”, so he will do nothing to remedy issue. Desk clerk was in tears from his lack of response.

Hotel receptionist was unkempt and a poor choice.

Everything is good

Great stay, clean, and good size rooms. Breakfast was amazing, good selection and kept fresh. Only thing we wish for is a queen size bed. Double is too small for 2.

Pillows are too soft. If you book room through third party there’s no free breakfast!
