Room was dirty. Shaving mirror was up too high with no ability to lower it. If I wanted to use it I would have had to sit on the bathroom counter. Toilet was clogged. Shower head was so high that I almost fell trying to change the spray. TV remote did not work. Coffee pot did not work. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Our room had a very heavy deodorizer smell causing eye and throat irritation. Upon advising the front desk, the manager showed me another room which also had a smell but to a lesser degree. He opened a window which helped. He tried to rectify the situation and was very helpful.
The room was dated. The bathroom was fairly new but the tub had a wad a hair in the drain.
The front desk and common areas were very nicely appointed but the room left a lot to be desired.
It was very overpriced for the accommodation.

Well kept property, very large and in charge pool area inside and an outdoor pool. Life guards on duty was nice to see. Staff were friendly. The location was also convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants around.

Property , outdoor pool and indoor pool great ! The hotel itself was okay , updated , however the carpet in the rooms definitely needs replacement! Very worn and didn’t look clean!!
