Poca atención cobran por el desayuno cuando se supone que está incluido con la reservación no hay seguridad física solo camaras robos en el estacionamiento a mi me robaron mi herramientas de trabajo en el estacionamiento y hubo poca atención de la gerencia yo tuve que llamar la policía porque ellos no podían a un con la perdida por el robo no me ayudaron en nada

Room had high ceiling, comfy beds, good A/C & heat. TV worked. Parking on both front and back of building, with side entrances for easy access. Complimentary breakfast was made to order. Would recommend. Would happily stay here again.

Great hospitality from staff

We booked this room last minute as the hotel we initially booked nearby had no hot water and we only found out when we arrived. The front desk staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our quick stay, as we were in town for a relative’s housewarming. Would definitely stay there again if in the area as there was an indoor heated pool but we didn’t have time to take a dip!

We don't live far from this hotel so I booked a stay for my wife for one night. The staff was excellent at helping me set up a romantic surprise and between shifts they made it so special for her. The king size bed was perfect and the overall cleanliness was great. I'm not sure if it was because her room was above the entrance but she said she smelled cigarettes in the bathroom but the scent didn't linger long. Also the walls seemed a bit thin as she could hear the neighbors in the conjoined room but that's not out of the ordinary in most small hotels. Overall I would book another stay here just from the cleanliness, location to our home, and the friendly, helpful staff!

First stay-Did not realize room above had major leak so slipped/fell when entering bathroom in the middle of the night. Receptionist "couldn't leave desk" to assist me with my belongings in relocating to another room despite terrible back pain from fall. Manager (J Maldonado) instructed his staff to lie to me about him 'not being available' to avoid discussion. Subsequent visit-Receptionist 'accidentally' gave my room key to another guest who gained access to my room while I was getting dressed. Clerk acknowledged mishap, apologized and offered points for future stay. Last visit-Traded points for this stay. Arrived for reservation at 9pm to be told "you should have been notified that the manager canceled the reservation and placed name on a restricted list" without any explanation, apology, or assistance making other arrangements. Yet to receive an explanation or refund for monies spent on stay, as points did not cover the stay as promised. Three strikes and you're out!! DO BETTER J MALDONADO, AND TRAVELERS SHOULD BEWARE---Wish I had read reviews seeing as there is a clear trend with MANY other travelers having similar encounters with J Maldonado. Affordable room with cost you more in the end, DO NOT take the chance!

1 good thing, Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately Complementary breakfast was very cheap. They serve you like a kid portion. Uou open the fridge and they dont even put a water in there. Not to mention you have to pay $100 deposit at check in even though we booked ahead and they didn't mention that.

Don't advertise a hotel as non-smoking unless you mean it most. The employees who smoke isn't smoke near the doorway. I have asthma. That's a high risk to me specifically chose this hotel because of its high level of no smoking policy which allegedly was supposed to bridge out of the hotel and you know in front of the hotel but they still had a smoking pit across the way which the employees chose not to even use that and stay near the doorway The tub plug was broken. Bathroom sink plug was undone but I was able to fix it myself. The bed was extremely comfortable
