We were in town for a funeral. The desk clerk that evening was wonderful! She was so accommodating and helpful and kind.
The facilities were wonderful as was the breakfast.

First, the lady at the desk the night we arrived, Sunday, Dec. 29, was SO nice. We had questions and requests. She fulfilled each with a smile and willingness to help.

Beds are very comfortable. Very clean and well kept hotel. Love the soap dispensers in the shower, and was thrilled to see the lotion and liquid soap dispensers by the sink! The full breakfast was good. Similar to many other hotels. They did have a pancake option that I haven't seen often, and the hot cinnamon rolls were really delicious! Will definitely stay here again if we're needing a room in the Grand Island area again! Thanks for a great stay!!!

The hotel and room was well care for and clean. The only issue was being too close to the kitchen and being awakened by early morning breakfast prep. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast/kitchen staff was exceptional.

Our stay itself was amazing. The only issie qe had was due to hotel.com not sending over the info for our reservation properly. That took about 20 min for the young lady at the front desk to fix. She did a GREAT job. It was frustrating to listen to the rep from hotels.com create more of an issue than need be, especially after.we had been driving for 12 hours and just wanted to sleep, but the front desk gal was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. And got us all fixed up.

It was a very clean and updated hotel. It also offered free wine and beer happy hours from 5-7 pm. This was a first for us in all our travels and was a very nice amenity. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will probably use it again in our future travels

The breakfast was above and beyond and the staff were all so accommodating and again went above and beyond in customer service. For example we have 7 kiddos between our three families staying at the hotel for a funeral and the gal at the front comes and brings them all bubbles- what a way to begin a weekend that was not super joyful given the circumstances.
