Great except got there with two disappointed kids since the pool was closed. Would have been great to know prior to booking. People above us were stomping around at 2am for a solid 30 minutes

Very nice accommodations, clean and quiet.

Nice hotel in a nice area near the Amish area we wanted to visit. The pool was not available for use. The breakfast was very good. We had a small seating area & the TV turned out easily to see from the seating area. We had 2 queen beds, couch, coffee table, chair & small table & a chair and a desk. Loved it!

The property advertised a pool and the pool was out of service when checking in. There was nothing on the site saying that the pool was shut down for maintenance, the kids we’re upset cause it was closed.

Clean and newly renovated

I’m not sure how old this hotel is but everything inside was like new. Clean, neat, and an excellent young lady at the front desk when we checked in.

The hotel is well run, clean, and quiet. The breakfast service is pretty decent. I've stayed here several times and it is consistently very good.

The hotel was newly renovated, which was nice. They let us upgrade to a room with a jetted tub which was relaxing. The pool was out of order and the only place for ice was in the fourth floor so that was a tad inconvenient. Overall really nice.

Wish I’d of known that renovations were taking place

At n check in the lobby was under construction, plaster smell and dust everywhere. Was not told in advance about the construction and that the pool and exercise room were not available. Breakfast room was next to the lobby with workers running around and in and out of the room.

One of our beds did not have a blanket or sheets on it. We asked for blanket and sheets and all we were gave were sheets. The pool had mold all around the edge of the pool. In the morning when we went down for breakfast all there was was apple juice to drink. The milk was all gone at 8:30am and we were told breakfast was until 10am. The only warm food was sausage patties. There was no bacon, eggs or pancakes. We waited 45 minutes and never received any hot breakfast, even after I spoke with the front desk. The most disturbing part of our stay was the construction workers that were working on the hotel. Would just stand outside the pool area and stare at myself and my family through the window while we swam. It was my wife’s Birthday and unfortunately it was pretty disappointing.

Love the pool! So fun for the kids

The people next door had the tv so loud and we were so tired and wanted to sleep. Otherwise a very nice place.

The only complaint I could have is that my room was by the exit door and it was so loud when it shut. Everything else was awesome!
