The room was comfy and the staff members were welcoming and pleasant. My only complaint were noisy guests upstairs. I believe guests with younger kids should be placed downstairs where their running around wouldn't bother downstairs guests. The ceiling of our room or the floor of the upstairs room was very creaky and loud.. Management changed rooms which was great. We woke up at 5 am to kids running above.

My worse hotel stay ever, bed was hard, pillows, hard, sheets stiff, toilet seat very cheap to sit on…hard buffet was done by 9:00 am I checked out early and went to another hotel. I will never stay at this hotel ever!!

Room did not receive service during the stay, the food at the breakfast buffet was not serviced for the amount of guests and therefore we did not get to eat as once it was gone, it was not replaced

I heard a rumor some time ago that "good" rooms and service were reserved for full-paying guests and lesser rooms and service were given to those of us that use discount services like hotels.com. It may be true. First neither of my hotel keys worked. Had to get them reset at the front desk after rolling all our luggage to the room, then back to the front desk, then back to the room again. Drenched in sweat. The room was stifling hot and the thermostat didn't work. Drenched in sweat all night. Uncomfortable the entire time. All the doors up and down the hallway were banging loudly, all the time. Everywhere loud banging. Door technology has come a long way but these doors bang. All the time. There was a long black hair in the shower. Skimpy breakfast, nothing special. Cursing loud teens in the hallway. It was one thing after another. This is why people book vacation rentals privately with those other services. If only they were a good value for a single night but they're not.

Dont receive my correct room and they make nothing ,

We asked for given a courtesy early check-in that allowed my wife to have a few hours of sleep before going to work. We stayed there twice, once at the beginning of a week trip and at the end of the trip. Both times we checked out 5+ hours to continue to our destinations. That be said, the early check-in was so appreciated for the rest and also to make up for the hours we lost having to checkout early.

Great stay

Due to a change in plans, I had to add a day to my stay. I called the hotel to inform them of my situation, and to request that my 2 separate reservations be combined so that I wouldn't have to check out and check back in again. Dominic was the rep that was at the front desk and he handled the change efficiently. In addition, he was able to put me on the top floor at my request. It was a true pleasure to be able to work with someone who knows the systems and methods to accomodate an unusual situation and request. Breakfast was outstanding as well. Great stay, sheets and beds were top quality as well.
