Hotel is dirty I can’t believe this is a Holiday inn room 108 gas water stains on the window sill loud neighbors on both sides. Homeless people not a good area . Way overpriced for a room like that . I have always felt secure and clean at Holiday inns. Not this one !

The room was nice, very comfortable. Check-in was a bit clumsy, but they did a good job in the end. The hot water was barely warm that evening, but it was nice & hot in the morning. The WiFi was spotty, and there was a dead outlet under the desk. Everything else worked well. There was parking in the shade in the afternoon on the east end, very nice.

Best blackout curtains ever!! Room was comfy and clean, and the AC actually cooled the room to the desired temp. Very happy with our stay.

Property is easy to get to off the 40 it's a little difficult for parking for trailers and trucks breakfasts are hit and miss they've been having problems with their breakfast staff otherwise the rooms are beautiful and clean
