Holiday Inn Express JOHNSON CITY, an IHG Hotel

This was a good experience for our family. Rooms were nice and clean. People were friendly.

The front desk clerk was quick and accurate. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean and safe

Disappointed that housekeeping didn’t clean our room the entire time we were there. housekeeping grabbed the dirty towels and emptied trash but left no bags in cans or clean towels .Had to go down to front desk everyday to get clean towels. I told the front desk my wife had gotten sick from car ride . No one mopped up the floor from entrance to elevators. When we checked out Wednesday it still had not been mopped. One of the outlets by the bed did not work. Grace was amazing working the breakfast. The juice machine was broke , so you only had low-fat milk or coffee to drink. Had to buy soda, Gatorade and juice from front desk . Tuesday I ended up with the norovirus that was going around the area . We had to extend our stay an extra day, front desk was able to keep us in the same room so that was a big plus.Employee working front desk friendly and helpful. The bath tub dripped the entire time. It was safe area and easy access to interstate. The room was clean when we checked in .

Clean, comfortable and located in a good area.

Our room had a mini fridge leak and the only thing the staff did was bring us more towels. Loud guests at all hours of the night.

Neat and quiet place. Great breakfast.

The check in was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Our family had some room to spread out a bit and that was nice. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The complementary breakfast was very good as well. The food was hot and they had plenty of variety. Everyone ate well before ventuing out for the day. The hotel was conveniently located right off of the interstate. There were restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. However- even though our room overlooked the parking lot- the rooms were quiet and had nice room darkening shades.

The Holiday Inn Express in Johnson City, TN is a very good place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Also, the cleaning staff do a fantastic job on the rooms and public areas. I definitely would recommend.

Really very nice all around. Checked in 2.5 hours early no problem. Staff delightful. Parking easy. Building easy to find. Spacious room. Lovely pool and Soaking Tub. Very comfy beds. Incredible shower water pressure! No noise in the halls or through the walls. Very nice breakfast. Cons: Pull out is the old fashion type. Coffee in room was awful.

I had to wait in the lobby for an hour and forty minutes before I could check in because my room was not clean yet. I know the policy is checkin is 4:00 pm but I didn’t get into my room until 5:35.
