Holiday Inn LARAMIE, an IHG Hotel

Great stay

Asked at check in to be placed in quietest area possible. She puts me on the street noisy side and immediately next to others and below heavy walkers. Next day, they place a noisy family and kid right next to me. Very thin walls and ceilings. Wall air unit was extremely loud and buzzing. Many broken things around hotel. Pool and hot tub were tiny. Usually Holiday Inn is one of the better hotels. Not this place. Holiday Inn and IHG need to do some serious inspections and demands here. This is the Motel 6 of Holiday Inn. Only redeeming things were the Perkins attached and the internet speed was fast. But with the shape of the hotel, staff, and loud clientele, absolutely not worth the price. Motel 6 is the same quality and cheaper.

Our vehicle had broken down. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accomadating. Further more the facility and room took the sting out of our vehicle woes.

The Holiday Inn is our go-to when staying Laramie. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciate that check-in is always quick & seamless. Fantastic, friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping.

property is close to the hospital and we live 2 hrs away. very convenient. it was a nice stay. bedspread was a bit worn . and towels were a bit worn also . but not in any way a deal breaker. employee were very very friendly and helpful. made sure to say hello and goodbye. very helpful with questions and rebooking

The staff was amazing. I had a few interactions with them and they were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. The exercise room is really nice. The bed and bedroom sucked. When you walk in to a room and see earplugs you know it's going to be bad. You could hear the elevator almost constantly. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I tossed and turned most of the night. Good location, but, I won't stay here again if I can't get sleep.

Nice place. Only issue was the scale buildup on the shower door.

I purchased the breakfast, but the front desk staff even didn’t know that. After twice requesting, I got a ticket for breakfast. The toilet bowl in the room is dirty! There is even some residue of pee from the last people! Which is horrible! The carpet in the room is also dirty! There is a lot of trash beside the table! The breakfast is sooooooo slow! Takes forever to provide the breakfast for us! Overall terrible experience!
