In the photos, the rooms look white and bright, but in real life, they are old and dingy. The rooms are so small that they’re too small for one person. God forbid you have to share it with a second person. Even when you’re in the hallway waiting for the elevator two people could not pass each other without turning to the side and still bumping each other. The bathroom floor is ice cold. The television remote is ancient. I would never stay here again.

Parking was off site and kind of a pain, but our car was ready when we asked for it. Room was clean, in need of remodel. Staff really helpful and pleasant. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Free coffee and muffins in the morning in the lobby. Walking distance to SoHo, WTC and more.

This Hotel is disgusting and not worth a penny. We arrived around 7pm and noticed the heat was not working properly, the thermostat on the wall was not connected to the unit. The unit was running non-stop so you had to manually turn it off when the room was overheating and turn it back on when the room was cold again. We talked to the front desk person on our way out that night and were told someone will go to our room to fix it. We came back past 1:00 am and nothing was fixed. We called the front desk and a very rude person told me she can’t do anything and they will address it in the morning and when I refused her answer, she disconnected the call. There was nothing we could do, I called and requested extra blankets, they sent only one and it was ripped, see the pictures. In the morning we complained about our issue to the front desk agent and his answer was “that’s how the heat works, you need to adjust it manually” seriously? Do you want me to get up every hour during the night to turn on or off the heat and be able to sleep? That was the most ridiculous answer I could have gotten. I asked to speak with the manager, she was rude and arrogant. I was requesting some refund or credit, the manager offered only to void the "Resort Fee" the argument went on and on with the manager yeling at us and not letting my husband talk. She finally accepted to refund the full amount and we can leave. Thats what we did

This hotel is in a safe, walkable area with lots of subway stops and places to get coffee, food, and drink. It’s even a couple blocks from an Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, which was so handy on a 17-degree day when I didn’t feel like being outdoors. Hotel itself is fairly basic but clean, secure, and well-maintained by a friendly staff. Heater was a little noisy but I found I could turn it off at night and still keep the room warm enough. Housekeeping made up my bed very nicely and I loved the touch of getting two water bottles a day. This was my second time staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located near public transportation and attractions... Downtown 👍 Would definitely recommend it and love to go back and have them as my hotel of choice 😁

Loved the staff, they were really nice! Just the cleanliness of the roooms was a concern. We had to tell everyday to clean the room. Even our toilet got clogged once.

For 2 consecutive days we notified the reception to clean the room in the afternoon and they did not do it, when I arrived at night I found the room dirty for 2 days they did not clean it. I even spoke to the cleaning lady who I found in the hallway towards the elevator and I told her in time for them to do room service and they didn't. terrible.

I like the fact that the staff does the best they can with this facility. I like the locations. Didn’t like the smallish rooms and lack of fitness center.

It was a terrible check-in. The check-in was at 3 or 4 so we went just after that time to check in and get all ready to get some dinner but when we arrived there were 4 families sitting in a compact room because there were no rooms ready yet. The two ladies at the front desk were funny so they kept us in a good mood. But after reflecting on how long we waiting for the cleaning staff to get our rooms ready, when the check in time has now past was really unacceptable. Given you are paying a high price point to stay here, and for alot of the people the time is limited and we waisted like 40 mins for a room AFTER CHECK-IN TIME.

Facility too old , made me feel uncomfortable. Walks and carpets did not look clean…. Staff was very kind but would not stay here again.

The location was difficult to get to due to construction on Nassau st

I did like the staff as the were nice as they could be. The narrow design of the facility was awful. The rooms were entirely too small for a family of four with luggage. The amenities as far as the bar were unavailable. The taxes and fees were astronomical as I paid just as much in taxes and fees as I did for my two day stay.

Blanket was stained and was not washed or changed and breakfast was not what advertised but great location
