Was beautiful. No complaints at all about the hotel except the one elevator was down and was a bit inconvenient.

Other than the parking lot that shines from
the lot towards the beach this would be perfect place. werid that a parking lot is in front of the beach kind of annoying to want to watch the sunrise and see a parking lot shine into your room. pick a room not by the parking lot.

Had to take a cold shower and when I called the front desk they said “you have to let it run for up to 30 minutes”
The cockroach in the closet was a nice touch. That thing belongs in a petting zoo.
And how do you run out of blankets?
The bar staff was great.

The staff was great. The room was clean but tired. Front of dresser was peeling off. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room just needed new furniture.

Great service by staff, great ocean view, poor quality rooms and facility. Definitely not worth $240 a night after taxes and resort fees. I would not recommend this location at this price point.

The coffee appliance was full of ants 🐜 all the furniture in the room was old and ugly. There was all-night noise on Saturday night. Also, the light 💡 was not working correctly, and the sink was on Saturday night.

We like the location on the ocean. The pool was very nice as well and it was nice that it had a hot tub. We were there for New Year’s Eve, and one of the staff had told me that there was going to be a band when I called last month. There was no band and the lights weren’t working outside so we couldn’t even eat outside when we had dinner there. Also, we asked for the fire pit to be lit when we were enjoying the late afternoon outside. And although someone told us maintenance would come do it it never got doneSo we had a nice time. It was just disappointing that it was not what we anticipated.

Hot tub always broke, they where having repairs done and nobody gave us a heads up that thier would be strangers be lowered down by rope on to our balcony at 8:30 am. What a surprise! What if we were changing or what ever!
