Great stay. Excellent service and clean room

Quiet

From your hotel room you can hear conversations and activities from the surrounding hotel rooms. I could hear showering, talking, movement and using the bathroom. Very limited privacy when it comes to noise

Beds were very uncomfortable and the shower doors were cheap and broken. Wouldn’t slide and poor quality. Breakfast was nasty. Eggs served were like frozen pre-made and bacon was barely cooked.

When we walked into our room the 1st thing we saw was paint/part on the ceiling all over the floor, and heater. I took a picture and went down ans showed the lady that checked us in. All she said was wow they mist not have known. The hotel was booked and I had to stay in that room with my 2 small children 5 and 2. Thank god it was freezing as we couldn't use our heater. Would have been nice if someone came to clean it up. The gentleman working in the AM was AMAZING!! He showed my son how to make a special hot cocoa. Was very attentive to all guests. When my husband showed him the pictures of the condition of our room he was sincerely appalled assured us that it not a representation of that hotel and apologized. He was the only reason i gave this place 4 stars

We were greeted at check-in by a very friendly staff member. I asked if SUNY Oswego was easy to find and was given very clear directions. Thank you!!!!

This ‘hotel’ should not be classified as a Hilton brand property. Upon arrival we found the evening clerk sleeping in the lobby. The property appeared unkempt at best, trash/dirty linens in the hallways. The room was ridiculous and appeared to have been furnished by dump scavengers. The room was dirty, and you couldn’t even open the door to the bathroom, because the door would hit the toilet. No shampoo or other toiletries. Just an awful hotel.

I loved the view from my hotel room, the Fall colors were amazing. The house keeping staff was polite.

We were in town for Family Weekend for SUNY Oswego - this hotel was centrally located, was spotless and got the job done! My only critism would be in the coffee area. We had to wait in line because the cups, creamer and sugar was in the little alcove. Made more sense to me to have the coffee in there and move all the other stuff out to the ledge so people didn't have to wait in line.

Parking was easy, staff was friendly and the room was perfect

The hotel was so nice, front desk was so sweet. Sad that the pool was out of order!! Overall great stay!!

This is a great hotel to stay at if you’re in Oswego for a baseball tournament. Free breakfast here is better than at most other hotels. Free parking is available on site. Hotel is close to Legends Field. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the laundry room on site is FREE! No quarters needed. We will be back again. Thank you!
