Great experience!

Great stay! All the amenities you would expect. On arrival, a lamp needed a new bulb. My wife called the desk. They said maintenance would fix it tomorrow. My wife had work to do and asked if it could be done that night. So, at 1:00 PM, they brought a whole new lamp. Great service.

We loved the room we stayed in January 2025 (Room 135). It was right next to the door to the parking area. The room was big enough for four of us (2 adults and 2 children). The only problem we had was one of the heaters in the room was out of order.

Friendly staff

It was actually really good considering the staying one day, however I have attempted to book there before, I just never because the pool was never in order so when I booked this last time, since being in such a hurry I didn't ask, thinking my son could swim. To keep busy. AGAIN IT WAS OUT OF SERVICE. But overall decent place to stay! Hopefully next time time the pool is in order. The only reason I care to post about it, is because the location to me its perfect! Movie theater, eaterys decent one. Ext.

We chose this location for the indoor pool. It's broken. Very disappointed.

The staff and property were great. Only complaint, there was a youth hockey event in town and kids were running up and down the hallways. very loud and disturbing at times.

Stayed here before and it is very consistent in service and amenities. Staff always helpful and friendly. This time there were 3 high school football teams staying there and we barely heard them.

Modern, clean, quiet, close to everything! Comfortable room. Great breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and went through the check in process only to find someone else staying in our room! Go back to reception desk and she says they are completely booked and can’t get us into another room! She said a guy checked out of that room two days ago and she thought it had been empty!! How does a hotel not know a guest hasn’t left?? Security issue red flag!! Receptionist feels bad for us and works with another hotel to get us a room and we have to wait over two hours in the lobby to get into a room. Drove 8 1/2 hours and have to wait two more hours to get a room!! Then this original hotel charges me for my stay that I didn’t get to use and sends me an email stating I’m a late cancellation 😳 I didn’t cancel you overbooked my room and couldn’t provide another room!! I feel completely ripped off this was not a good experience 😔
