Rooms were spacious.

We have stayed here many times, however, this time was very different. Our room was not that clean, specifically the bathroom, with hair along the corner of the bathroom. When we talked with the front desk, they seemed indifferent and commented that it was an older building and should expect it.

Love the location! Close to Boise Town Square with lots of dining options. Short drive to downtown & the parks. Pet friendly. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Hot tub was nice but I just hope it has stronger jet pressure. Staff were nice. It’s a little pricey but I would stay here again if I visit Boise again.

Very nice overnight stop on our road trip. Great breakfast, nice bed and linens, spacious room.

This hotel feels a bit old but overall it's a nice place, good value.

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The hotel corridors were clean and nicely decorated. The immediate lobby and eating area could use a little more pizazz to make it feel more luxurious - the double sided fireplace is really nice though. The breakfast is not bad and the staff were nice. Oh- and the pillows! FINALLY a hotel where they have LOW FLAT pillows that are reasonably comfortable!!! (the pillowcases could be a bit softer though) Bed was comfortable and all in all, a nice stay.

No one was at the desk when we tried to check in. We waited about 10 minutes for help. When someone did come, he was a bit sassy. The drain in the bath tub was clearly clogged and slow to drain. Other than that, the room was great. Very clean and spacious, area was fantastic, parking was easy, and the breakfast was great.

Overall a good stay. They clean your room every other day which is nice. Some hotels stretch it out more. Breakfast had lots of options, pool was clean. Hotel staff was friendly

The hotel was fine. Check in was not. An hour and a half after the check in time was the room ready. Did not seem to bother the front desk help. Just something I needed to accept was the attitude I got.

Our favorite place to stay so far! Ivy at the front desk was awesome! Breakfast was good, our 2 bedroom suite was perfect! So quiet and we had a floor full of neighbors! 10/10 recommend

It was a great place to stay and the King Suite I stayed in was very comfortable and large.

Our family met half way from Washington and Utah to surprise our Granddaughter for her birthday. We had 6 families there and they loved the pool and being able to have cake in the patio. The staff was great and helped out a lot. Thank you for the great weekend.

My biggest complaint is that window shades and curtains were unnecessarily difficult to operate.

The place was clean not trash anywhere.

I checked in midnight - the check in staff was very quiet and no greeting, no smile, no explanation of breakfast, elevator, wifi or anything. Next day morning, while checking out also, the lobby staff was not smiling, not greeting, not welcoming. I felt strange first time in any hotel. I would try my best to skip this place next time. Felt weird.

All was good.

Ours was a quick simple stay, but the beds were comfortable and the space inviting.

The room was satisfactory but could of used a little more cleaning the vanity sink in bathroom was plugged and drained very slowly. Was disappointed that dish soap for hand washing food containers and plates was not provided. The room was comfortable but had better at other hotels. We will not book here again in the future.
