Hotel Albuquerque is a large, convention hotel, yet has quite a bit of charm in its lobby and other ground floor areas. Our room was functional, clean and had all of the amenities of this type of hotel. There is free valet parking staffed with friendly, go-the-extra-mile people. All staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. It is located in the "Old Town" area, near museums, attractions, and restaurants. I would stay here again.

We fell in love with the hotel when we walked in, the lobby was old style Albuquerque. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the Mexican restaurant was delicious. Room was large and spacious. My only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress on the bed, my husband and I both had backaches in the morning.

I went to jacuzzi and got locked out of the hotel and had to walk around the entire building in a bathing suit at 10:30pm at night. I was terrified!! Please leave at least one door open by the pool so this doesn’t happen to anyone else

Hotel lobby, rooms & restaurants are tired. Parking lot was completely full so street parking was only option. Fan in room runs very loud & poorly insulated room means noisy halls & neighbors. Bathroom is tiny & 2 bed room means double beds not queen. Only redeeming point is Old Town location & Sawmill across the st.

What a great entry to Albuquerque! We were only passing through but the vibe of the Hotel really set the mood for our trip. We went to the Flamenco Dance that night and she was AMAZING! The Hot Tub was clean and working in the dead of winter. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Everyone very nice and looking to help with anything. The rooms were so clean. The bedding was great (wanted to steal the pillows LOL) Great price through Hotels.com. Would def stay there again.

Loved this property. Beautiful entrance with a welcoming staff. The rooms, at least ours with a king bed and balcony were fairly spacious, comfortable and clean. Its location makes for an easy walk to Old Town as well as Sawmill Market across the street. The on-site restaurant serves up some pretty tasty food whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner as well.

I had always wanted to stay there after seeing it on "In Plain Sight" . The staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that had hard wood floors. I did not see one spec of dust. We did not eat there as we had reservations at Vernons but I am sure that the food was probably good as well.
