It was perfect If I had a complaint it would be thehaving to usethe room key to use the elevator and the stairs thing but I also understand why it's that way. So it's not that major

Extraordinary in quality and size of the room and furnishings. Feels llike a 5 Start hotel in a 5 Start building.

very clean, room was fanastic~ a complete studio for mom and 2 teenage girls and was plenty spacious. Cafe on 2nd floor was great for coffee and seating area.

Very spacious and well equipped. Air handler in room was very load. Couldn’t hear TV when it was running. I would thing a facility as nice as this one would have better equipment.

This hotel is very nice as the pictures show, the room is huge with lots of space and love the additional kitchenette and fridge storage. It was very convenient and loved I had the option to cook instead of ordering out. The bowling alley/arcade and restaurant was really nice and convenient as I was able to just go downstairs to do stuff or order food. However, the blankets were horrendously filthy. I was baffled and disgusted as I didn’t notice until after I got cozy under them. It was so gross, I told the front desk and they gave me a small blanket. It wasn’t a comfortable stay as far as sleeping and the beds were stiff to me. You do have to pay for parking but it’s nice and accessible so you can go right in and get to your floor. Also loved the shower and rainfall shower, but the bed was just honestly gross. Also still haven’t received back my $250 hold they said would go back on my card and it’s been well over 5-6 days when I was informed 2-3 days. I wouldn’t book again as I paid well over a grand for 5 days and the filth they offer for the bed I slept in was gross, and I had two queen beds and BOTH comforters were like this. So if you’re booking to sleep elsewhere go for it but otherwise I wouldn’t.

Very nice, spacious room with excellent amenities. Bed is super comfortable, with reading lights on either side, a particularly appreciated touch.

The room was lovely, though it should have had more mirrors. Full-length and another outside of the bathroom. Toilet paper was very cheap and abrasive. :(

The room was quite big and included a well supplied kitchen area (which we didn't need). But it was stark. Cold bathroom with large stone floor, open shower that you had to be standing in to turn on and off, one grab bar in an odd spot, minimal towels. No full length mirror. Chairs were heavy and hard to move, not comfy. Great view out huge windows. Maybe better for a long term stay situation.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean and the windows were giant so you could be in the room and feel like you have an extra large room. The only thing I wish they had would’ve been room service. But the accommodations were lovely.

Kate was so great during my check in and very welcoming.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were spacious and it was so nice to have the kitchenette. The fitness room had very nice, updated equipment. The rooftop terrace was a relaxing place to hang out.
