Easy access from Interstate 40. Located central to food, shopping, and outdoor activities. Greeted warmly. Check-in went smoothly. Room clean and comfortable. I was able to sleep without disturbance or noises from other guests. There is plenty of hot water to shower. It was a great stay overall!

We had driven 14hrs and it was time to stop. It was affordable, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the parking lot was dark not well lite.

This hotel is in a great location and is very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and they have a great complimentary coffee machine that makes espresso!

Need to provide proper sheets for the bed. No fitted sheets were on the mattresses which allows the sheets to come off the bed while sleeping. This is a recurring issue at this facility.

Went to Flagstaff for the Snow Park. It was conveniently located. The beds and linens were good. It was nice that they didn’t have carpet with the mud from the snow. It’s an older hotel that has been renovated by an independent owner I believe. So good to support local business. Kids enjoyed it. Just be aware there are no elevators if you stay on the 2nd story. Quite.

The pet policy on their website vs. what is charged is deceitful. The hot tub was bath water warm and the 24hr sauna has to be manned by you and at its best reached a temp of 115. The $40 resort fee was not worth it. Not to mention the water temperature in the shower was luke warm. All we wanted was to be warm and what we got was ripped off. Not even sure how this property got an 8/10. Have a hard time trusting hotels.com and their rating system.

The room was clean, neat, and no frills! Everything in the room worked as it should. The shower was fantastic as was the mirror in the bathroom!
The hard surface on the floor instead of carpet in the room made it feel much cleaner. The room rates were quite reasonable! We would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night. The room smelled and looked very clean. Bedding was very white and comfy. TV was big and offered direct tv and streaming. Didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the amenities because my trip was brief. Would definitely stay here again!

The rooms and bathrooms seemed to be relatively recently remodeled and were nice and comfortable. The interior hallways and stairs were in more rough condition. The exterior entry/exit doors didn’t work well with the card entry, and there was zero exterior lighting at night which made things feel unsafe when packing up the car and leaving before the sun came up. It was super dark out there.

We love this hotel!! We'll definitely stay there again! So clean and crisp like new. The mirror in the bathroom has touch buttons to turn on light and also one to clear the steam from the shower (which was large as well) Such a great and comfortable room! Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Room also had a fridge and a microwave and coffee. Not a bad price with Hotels.com for The comfort!👍😁

The hotel it’s self was average. My issue was with the staff. First they told me I didn’t have a reservation. Then the next time I called back with the reservation number they did have the reservation. I asked for adjoining rooms and I was told I’d need to call the day of my reservation for that. I called the day of and I was told they don’t have adjoining rooms. When I arrived I was told there weren’t any adjoining rooms available. Then the manager came and told me they don’t have any adjoining rooms on property. All of the staff were telling me different things. Then they tried to charge me more than they were supposed to. Fortunately they changed the price to match what my itinerary. When we went to check out, the manager was standing awkwardly outside my room just staring at me. It was very uncomfortable and weird. Then after an awkward silence of him staring at me he asked if I was checking out. Check out wasn’t for two more hours. The whole experience was frustrating and then creepy. I will not stay at this hotel again and I suggest nobody else stay there either.
