Hotel Ithaca

Our stay was exceptional, due to some unforeseen events with our room, Theo and Sarah were able to accommodate us and upgrade our room. We were greatly satisfied with their customer service and kindness. We will surely be coming back to this hotel!

The people at the front desk were wonderful. Unfortunately, the main reason for choosing this particular hotel was that we were planning on spending a full week there and they advertised that they had a pool. We were extremely disappointed to find out. They did not have a pool open during our stay.

The lobby was beautiful and my room was clean and I loved the fireplace heater and I especially love the large spacious bathroom and shower definitely will return

Front desk greated us cheerfully, but seemed to be awkward with how to handle problems (ours and other guests who appeared). Current management should train staff for assertivenesss and empathy. Our two rooms booked weeks in advance had non functional toilets and showers. We were relocated to another room for which the microwave was sitting on the floor in the hallway. Pool is featured on website but not functioning. Restaurant advertised 6:30 open but not till 7:15 with no explanation. We should have been offered some kind of compensation, even an apology, and we were calm in expressing our frustrations. Other than that, rooms are spacious and appointments are nice, but run down with inadequate/worn-out outlets. We imagine they are dropping prices to fill rooms in off-season hoping to finance a renovation in future. Still, management has to arm staff to handle all these issues. It's a property with good bones and someone will realize that if this current management does not

Property is in a great location with parking. Unfortunately the pool and restaurant are closed.

I usually stay in South tower, this time in North tower. Rooms were big, but the thump-thumping from the floor above was really bad.

Great hotel. Pristine rooms.

No restaurants or food options open after 10 pm on weeknights (Tues evening). Seven Eleven is all there is!

No complaints about this property: clean, comfortable facility, great staff, and fun staying in a tower room, despite the urbanization of this quaint, fun-sized college town into a now, overgrown city.

Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, bed & pillows comfortable, great location, ample & convenient parking, bar & restaurant on site were great - just wish it was open on Sunday. Disappointed that pool was not in service. Wish we had known that prior to the trip.

It's a nice modern hotel in a good location in a vibrant downtown area.
