The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only downside was the guests above us were really noisy. Not the hotels fault. Overall very nice place to stay.

Neither of the locks worked!! Must repair. I felt unsafe. Room clean and a bit dinged up, but well maintained. Why do none of this chain provide cups for the sink? I always have to go out in my pjs to get something from the breakfast room. People were very nice and morning manager or whomever was taking care of breakfast was very, very attentive and on task. Others I've stayed at had no food even 30 minutes before closure.

The price seemed too high for the quality of the hotel (run down, uneven floorboards, etc). No elevator to second floor (I wear knee braces). Pillows were awful. They're a pet-friendly hotel, which I have no issues with, but we were put next to a room with a constantly barking dog. The only food place is Arby's. However, the breakfast was excellent. FYI, the only other choice for this area is the Quality Inn.

The shower went all over the floor! It was hard to find someone at the desk.
The breakfast was not great! There wasn’t any milk for cereal, no water for making oatmeal. Only one muffin left! Sausage was incredibly spicy! However Coffee was good!
