The picture of the room on their website (attached) is not what we got. The big dollar room I clicked to stay in shows a big nice window. Nope we had a cement or something else wall almost half way up. We were able to see the ski. We asked for a change of room and they said they were fully book. So unfortunately it wasn't a place that I would recommend. The room was dark and didn't have a great feel.

I was very disappointed at all. Started at checking me in was not friendly. Did not smile, acted like I was a pain in her. Yes, then on then on to the next day. It was not any better when you tried to get service of any kind. They charge you for everything and and I with friends that stayed in the room with me. And it was just horrible the whole experience from the staff service , Room was not very clean, didn't look like it was vacuumed.
One of the beds had stains on the pillowcases. and I I won't be back and I will not.

Sheets were not clean--found blood on the comforter cover and sheet after getting into bed--housekeeping did change sheets on request the next morning. Bathrooms in lobby had terrible odor. Front lobby had such an extreme deodorizer smell it made you think they were covering up a bad smell. Water containers in lobby were constantly empty.
