My family and I had a wonderful stay. We were looking for a resonably priced option with breakfast included anywhere between Flint and Dearborn. I came across this location. It was a super convient location with very good proximity to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff was friendly and professional. The proverbial cherry on top though was the hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Really such a small touch; packets, hot water, marshmallows and a few other things. However, it really made our stay extra pleasant. In this day and age where it seems hotels try their best to provide the least possible for the most money, our stay here was refreshing. I probably won't have a need to stay in this area again, but if I did I would certainly stay here again. I will certainly also recommend it to anyone I might know that needs a hotel in the area. It was a great stay.

Somewhat dated, older hotel but everything was very clean and the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Weren’t happy with the noise in hallways in evenings. Kids running in hallways knocking on our doors. Adults hanging out in hallways right outside our door very loud and inconsiderate.

Overall very nice and I would stay here again. We had a couple issues (door handle was janky and the tv remote didn’t work and needed to be switched out) but the room was very spacious and comfy/clean. The pool however looked directly out of a low budget hotel. Heat was broken in the room itself so it was freezing when you got in or out of the pool, it was not clean around the pool (literally a pipe sticks out?!) and the towels were the size of a hand towel..
So if you’re going for the pool I’d say pass, but everything else was really good.

Staff was super nice. Rooms were very spacious. We loved the hotel. Free breakfast was pretty good. Only complaint is the heating. The rooms had to be set at 71 or higher for the heat to kick on, otherwise if lower, the A/C would come on. The pool room heated water but the room had ZERO HEAT. It was FREEZING‼️‼️‼️

This property is dated but reflected in the price. I don’t like how the bathroom counter and sink are outside the bathroom right in front of the bed. The shower and toilet area are very small. Outside of this, the rooms are nice, beds are comfortable etc. Hotel is a bit dated but kept up. Price is right. Staff were very courteous and hotel offered a standard continental breakfast that was nice.

The room layout is great, very clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly. The only thing that I disliked about my stay was the refundable $50 incidental charge. Surprised me with that at check in, and I can only guess when they’ll refund it. They should just call it what it is, a security deposit, there are no incidentals in the room and the items that I bought from the lobby were billed to my room and paid for when I checked out.

We had a "party" on the fourth floor that required the police to settle before midnight.....staff apologetic but the noise...yelling and running....was not comfortable.

We always stay at a Hyatt when we visit twice a year from Canada to Michigan. This time we stayed at the location in Auburn Hills and on Saturday evening we were kept awake for almost 4 hours with banging and chaos happening I. The room above us. We called down to the front desk and the person that answered the phone said the cops were on their way. My girlfriend was suffering from a terrible migraine and loosing 4 hours of sleep due to the insane noise level is not acceptable. We were offered no compensation even though the hotel staff knew the level of noise was bad enough to call the police.

Good property, good breakfast , rooms were good too nice and clean and very spacious.
Staff were terrible as they didn’t know how to book the rooms as we booked 6 rooms almost two months ahead of time. I requested to have all on same floor and connected. But staff didn’t know how to handle it.
