The exterior was under construction which I understand so no judgement. Overall, the staff was friendly and personal. Pampa gets a bad reputation but every time I’m there, everyone is super friendly.

Beautiful hotel! Such comfy beds! The only issues we had is the hot water took FOREVER to heat up. And the hot tub was broken!

Ice machine wasn’t working. Low water pressure in the shower. Shower curtain was a thin cloth and the floor flooded while showering. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The staff were very helpful and nice. There was a problem with my checkout because I had booked the trip through Expedia so it took a long time for them to be able to check me out. I ended up going to the post office and taking care of some errands before I left due to this problem. The TV in my room did not work and the front lady came right away to fix it. It ended up that they were going to need to switch out the tv and she was willing to do it right then. She really wanted to make sure my stay was the best it could be. I was traveling solo from CA to NC and La Quinta Inns fit my needs really well for my journey.
