Everyone was great we just didn’t have hot water in the shower. They offered to send someone up right away to look at it. Very convenient for airport travel. Good shuttle service.

The Staff (Kazi and Deborah) went the extra mile to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible and it was for a short stay. I am tall and the rooms are designed for shorter people. If you are 6’4” or above, be prepared to bump your elbows to the ceiling when changing shirts and the unusually low toilets. Still and nice place with very nice staff

This hotel is very close to the LGA airport. Stayed for 1 night with an oversized vehicle. Room and beds were comfortable. No microwave in room, but available in common area near vending machine. Room service timing and food quality was great. Only downside of stay was that key card did not work when attempting to leave garage. Had to walk back to front desk to get new key cards made up to exit garage.

We have to stay in three rooms in 3 days but the management was quick to try to resolve the problem mainly bathroom issues after they couldn't resolve we were upgraded to a suite and free breakfast buffet for one day

They stay was good but had just a little problem with the bedding and they kept bringing us the same moldy bedding. The duvet had mold in them but you couldn’t see it unless you hung it up to the light. They were supposed to make it right but that never happened unfortunately. The room was really cold too because the wind was blowing and you could feel it blowing into the room. Just had to keep the heat at 72, so really not a big deal. Staff was very nice and the food is great! Everything else is very clean and smelled like Christmas! We just returned home on Christmas Eve 2024.

The snack shop was very overpriced, and the hotel while nice seemed dated. The staff was nice. It seemed like there was a big push for private cars, several of us guests where told the same thing - get a private car into the city and then take public transit home. I'm sure a suggestion of some of us riding together would have saved us some money and I'm thinking that the cheapest option would have been just to take public transit both ways in and out of the city. 2.90 versus $55 (and then the person actually charged us $65) It was a nightmare for cars the day we went to the city and the driver was getting upset with how bad the traffic was, several streets shut down etc. Other then that the hotel itself and all staff was nice.

Recently upgraded !
I can tell that they worked on the MEP system. In the past, it was difficult to get good water pressure and hot water.
This past visit, I took the best 15 minute hot shower I can remember!
