If you look past the fact that the hotel is next to a Social Service building for the “down and out” folks in the area, then this place is a great location and reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay, just don’t judge the hotel by the placement of the facility

When I went to check in the room wasn't ready had to wait 20 minutes. The hotel is hard to find there was no signs. When I got into the room the toilet bowl was dirty. My room was on the first floor all the way in the back which was a long walk there was rear exit but was a emergency exit but only could come in with room key. The hotel had a bad odor I could smell in my suite. I just want a full refund!

The room is very outdated blanket was a sheet no hangers not enough towels, dishwasher didn’t work the stove top was gross. They were working on the building the was a lot of noise plus the area is not the best. Don’t recommend staying here .

The worst property I stayed in a long time. Heater very noisy. I lost a whole night of sleep. The whole room was outdated carpets not clean. It looked like a rundown place avoid at all costs.

There was a terrible sewer smell in the hallway, the mattress in the sofa bed was disgustingly dirty and extremely old . The hotel is located in the fly path of Las Vegas international airport, we heard the plane’s noise as early as 4:47 am . The hotel is too expensive for the type of very old furniture and amenities it offers.

Check in was extremely slow, we were the only ones there at the time. We were given the wrong room. The room had several things broken. Floor was wet.
