Meadowbrook Inn

The room was very nice, however the water in the bath/ shower was warm at most. A person came in late and was loud in the hall and in getting into their room across the hall from us a few doors from the lobby. I came out into the lobby to see what all was going on. The front staff was nice and offered to help if needed, but explained. Food was good for breakfast.,

All good, clean room, good breakfast, but Room 111 where I stayed had very loud heater - possibly the air handler (blower) for the hotel was above our room.

Centrally located and the staff is so friendly.

Great room, with fire place. Excellent breakfast every morning, and walked everywhere, park once. We had a great time.

Great stay for a simple 2 day get away, the room was great and staff was friendly. We will stay here again for sure.

This is the best deal within walking distance of Main Street Blowing Rock. The other more affordable options are motels with doors that open to the outside - with kids, we prefer hallways for safety. The breakfast is great!

The breakfast was a hot breakfast buffet with a good selection. The room has updated Keurig coffee pot. If you go during the cold season you must get a room with a fireplace.

Several factors made this 4 night stay at Meadowbrook miserable, from not having hot water to shower, dirty bathroom walls, stained ceiling tiles, requesting my room to serviced (since we stayed 4 nights I assumed that this was a fair request), however we just found a bunch of towels dropped off (staying there with 2 kids one sometimes just need a vacuum inbetween and floors and bathroom cleaned). The a/c must be ancient. It couldn't heat the room up to 71 and is very loud. We requested a heater and got one the next morning which helped with the heat and less noisy. Dirty elevator which their staff just doesn't care about cleaning up. Only good thing about this establishment is where they are situated.

Very nice Room was very warming Felt like home Hallways smelled really welcoming. Smelt like home idk how to put it. Warm vanilla Anyways parking was great Very welcoming definitely will come back. Decent price for amount of people. Only thing was the pool was down for maintenance. Upside was 1 min down the road at the other resort they had a pool and was allowed there due to maintenance. Sucks had to leave hotel to go do but better than not swimming at all. One reason I got this hotel.

As always this is a great place to stay in Blowing Rock. It is nice to be able to walk to all the restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay. Helpful stuff. From the lobby to the dinning room. Hotel is well located in town. Easy parking and easy walk to restaurants or shops in town. Room and facilities in good condition. Breakfast is good and I am one that usually dislike the "free breakfast" at hotels.
