Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I did see other negative review's about the mattresses on line before booking……, but thought they were to picky.
Arrived in room with an odd aroma and could not figure it out. Very tired went to lay down and sleep only to wake up in the middle of the night to find the mattress stunk, Stale coffee, and cleaning fluid. In the morning made the cleaning staff aware of the stains and odor - they called to the front desk before I made it downstairs. They offered us another room which we took. This second room was also clean but both mattress were very uncomfortable.
To the point of back pain.

It was excellent staff and close to downtown. Elevator was iffy and did go out but that was ok we needed a little excercise. The staff and super comfortable beds made up for that . Would definitely stay again and will probably stay again next year too . Thank you for your wonderful microtel

The hotel was just as advertised. It was easy to get to and food choices were right around the corner. We got the last parking spot, so the only drawback was the possibility of running out of parking spots.
