I absolutely love the staff

Front desk staff and Breakfast staff were amazing. Very nice and hard working. Breakfast was delicious. Living room was tight. Only had 2 chairs and a table. No where for the kids to sit. Hot tubs, kiddie pool, and lazy river were closed most of the 3 days we were there. Would have heen nice to be told ahead of time. Probably would have chose a different hotel. Room was run down, tub and kitchen sink were not clean. There was only 1 coffee cup in the room. Fridge and freezer smelled like alcohol. Location was quiet and peaceful.

Really like the location and friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious. I always had problems with TV. A booklet with instructions as to how to operate the TV remote would be very helpful.

The room was disgusting and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Beds were horrible felt like they were 50 year old mattresses. You could feel the springs in your back. Everything was old and outdated. The room smelt musty. The bathroom was disgusting. There were black hairs in the shower and sink area. I walked the kids down to the pool area and there was no towels. When I walked back to the front desk I got walked up on and stared down by some random guest there. He felt like a predator. Then watched me very aggressively as I walked away. It felt very unsafe staying here if you are young women. Please be careful. Have a sober friend with you as a lookout. Something isn’t right here. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

It is an excellent location and has great friendly staff all around. Building is very old and probably approaching a major renovation. Parking with a overhead cargo was a nightmare as the parking garage ceilings are very low. Balcony smoking is not permitted, which is unreasonable.

Hair on floor but they came to clean it

The front desk lady was not very friendly but the breakfast lady was always smiling and checking on everything. The doorway into the condo opens directly into the bedroom so it was not favorable with several people in the same condo coming/going.

Oceanfront property. Stayed on the 12th floor with a good view of the city and the water. Suite had plenty of space. Staff was nice and helpful. Was nice to have parking on the property but the spaces were very tight. Everything was as the website said with a great view of the ocean.

Lazy river and hot tub were out of order first two days. Once up and running they had dingy, foamy water. The first room we had, was nasty. The floors were greasy and sticky with built up grime in the corners. The pull down bed had some sort of liquid (vomit? Bodily fluids? ) running down the side of mattress frame. The couch was stained. the peephole was completely missing. Just a hole in the door with a Kleenex stuck in it. The AC didn't work. They allowed us to switch rooms. Gave me keys to two rooms to choose from. One was almost as bad as the first. I chose the cleanest one but it wasn't much better. Kitchen was run down. Leaky faucet, bare minimum for cooking. I felt I needed to wash everything before I used it. The bed side table had not been cleaned in a while. It was gross. The only plus to this place was the staff. All were very nice and respectful. Prompt to respond to an issue (clogged toilet) We made the best of it but It's true you get what you pay for! I would not stay here again.

I don't normally write reviews but felt this property deserved a good review. I don't normally stay in places with less than an overall rating of 7.5 but I chose this place because my 5 year old granddaughter was to accompany me and this was the only place available at the time with a deal that also had a kid friendly environment. What matters most to me when choosing a place is ocean view from a balcony, full complementary breakfast, and cleanliness. While the room was dated and showed signs of use over the years, the room and the property were clean. The room was large with the bedroom separated from the living room by a kitchen. The view from the balcony was awesome! The breakfast was very good every morning and the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Even the hallways and elevators were kept clean daily, which is a challenge with kids running from the beach and pool. The pools were heated to a nice temperature and were maintained daily. In my opinion, the proporty deserves an overall rating between 7.5 and 8.0.

On top of the air conditioner not working. The rooms are very run down. The workers love to smoke marijuana in the maintenance area on the 9th floor on top of that, none of the pools were heated the way they said they were and all of them were closed down, except for one nasty hot tub. And we had to deal with the maintenance man and housekeeping, cleaning and working on a room next to us from 11 PM to 12:30 AM in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous horribly run hotel...

Gross. Bugs. Broken toilets. Broken sink. Stench of sewer from broken pipes.

They have a lot of electrical issues

9 roaches in my room. 7 dead on the floor two I killed. One of the ones I killed was right after I woke up and it was crawling across my torso in the bed.

Over all the trip was great. We were firat put in a room that had bugs on the sheets we asked to moved and they accomodatrd us very quickly. They upgraded us and gave us a ocean view room but hadnt been cleaned and they apologized profusely and gave us a new room that had been cleaned and a ocean view. So the trip was great, but lets talk about the parking its up a really high ramp and a immediate left turn and i drive a big car. Unless you drove a SUV you couldnt park on the lower level and i was afraid i couldnt make it thru the turn they gave me a citation that they would be watching my car. Luckily it was our last day so we just left but i even explained that in a text that my car had to take wide turns i couldnt just turn. But over all i will go back to that resort. I did like it i just wish they couls keep the pools fixed the heat kept going out in them

I really enjoy everything in this hotel Friendly staff. I come here at least once a month to relax. I would recommend this hotel is great for families vacation.
