I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I wasn't in the main building, but in a separate cottage across the street, which was fine with me, but I wasn't aware the property was so large. The cottage location was quaint and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and updated, too, which I thoroughly appreciate. I would have given an excellent rating here, but the shower handle came off in my hand in the morning and I stuck it back on to turn on the water and because of this, it took an extremely long time to get hot water. I hope they fix this because that is all I found wrong with the room. A very convenient location to the boardwalk. I would definitely book here again.

This location was great. the balacony is not accessed in the room, but a short walk down the hall. It is an older hotel and has been renovated very well. The celling fan worked, but needed to be balanced and the glass tray in the microwave was not the right one. I would have like to have had paper towels, a dish/hand cloth and some dish soap for the little kitchenette.

The outside of the property beautiful and quaint. Our room was small but just what we needed for an overnight close to the boardwalk. Our stay was perfectly pleasant, but just a few things. There was a phone number on door for check in and we checked in by phone. Then given a door code. Thankfully we didn't need anything. The room was a bit humid and musty, so everything felt wet. They should leave the HVAC running to keep the humidity down.

Loved this place. Five Stars! This is not a fancy swanky five star hotel. It is not fussy. But it is everything and more you need for a seashore vacation. Perfect location to walk, go to the beach, head up for the sunrise, people watching. It is comfortable and it is clean. And affordable for being so close to the beach. Loved it. Will be back!!

Up side Location location location. Down side,no coffee in room. I am a very early bird, up at 5 and having to wait till 7.

Our room was cute, nice and clean! It was on the second floor of a small cottage on the property. The steps were a bit much for us seniors. I would request a first floor room the next time. The faucet in the shower was very hard to turn on. I am surprised that Housekeeping did not report it for repair. The location was great to the boardwalk and beach! Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed in the 1100 and 1040 building. They were both well kept. We had great cleaning services and the friendliest front desk service!!! The property was clean and the pool was heated!!!! Wd had such a great time that we booked for next year already!! Love this place. 1/2 block from boardwalk!!!

Clean, spacious, overall very happy. Location can’t be beat. Even gave us an early check in, awesome. Parking was a bit of a pain but no biggie. We will definitely consider staying again.

This was a family weekend away and our 1st visit to Ocean Manor. The check in clerk was very welcoming and informative. We were pleasantly surprised by our apartment, it was much larger than expected and the hotel location is close to the boardwalk, downtown, and mini golf. We really enjoyed the fireworks view from our balcony. We were also surprised to find out there was a pool onsite and it was still open and heated. We had a fun filled weekend and we are thankful to have discovered this Gem of a hotel in an amazing location in Ocean City. We will visit again.
