The staff was amazing but the place is extremely dirty there was trash everywhere outside bags of garbage left by the exit doors

Carpeting was really dirty. The room itself needed a deep cleaning and the bathroom electric outlets and hair dryer didn't work, even after resetting the outlet. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Great location, close to the highway. Nicely kept outdoor property. No elevator.

It was an ok stay for the price. Bed was comfortable. Did not have water because of broken pipe and didn’t get notified until next day. The phones should be operable. It is an easy convenience to get a wake up call or get information about anything room related.

The room was dirty and had gross questionable substances on the wall. I don’t believe that they had vacuumed in a very long time due to the earring and candy wrappers and thick dust around the bed and night stands. The carpet had large holes in the room. I checked out early because it was no disgusting

Non-smoking Room smelled of smoke. Potholes in access lane big enough to swallow your car. Sticky floor in bathroom. Free breakfast was a joke. No working elevator. Staff was uncaring and rude when I expressed my disappointment. No housekeeping service. 3 ice machines snd only one in operation.
