One of the devices to lock door to room was missing. Phone wasn't working. Pool area sheets over chairs. Pool had sheets over some of the chairs like they were working there

The room was not cleaned. There was old candy and empty cleaning bottles in the room. The sheets were not just stained but also covered in sticky material. The front and back doors had what looked like old soda sprayed on them.

It was noisy. Seems like people actually lived there, as the were children tricycling up and down the walkway, and store shopping carts blocking passage, and chairs outside. Both nights I was awakened in the early morning hours by loud talking near my door and loud banging on the door next to me, with shouts of “open the door” and “let me in.” (4:15am). The hotel is being renovated so there was noise during the day as well.

There was a used crackpipe under the bed, food in fridge, disgusting tub, very used sheets, doors were dented and dirty, on and on.

the door knob was missing from the interior door that would join the room with the room next door. we placed our suitcase in front of it on the luggage rack. A young boy asked us for money when we were unloading the car. Shower was good pressure and hot water. Pillows were full and firm and bed was comfortable.

Maybe we stayed in a room that was supposed to be in line for updates. Hate to say it but was in terrible shape. Definitely not a place I would ever stay in again.

The lake was a nice view but having to sleep in car because was there too earlier and then the housekeeping was taken lunch in are room that was not ready, child drinking out of the guest milk cotainer. The price shouldn't have been so high based alone on the poor staff.

2 things I did not like. 1) My handicapped sister had to walk a long way to get to her room. There was no parking right outside our room. She needs knee surgery and the walk was ridiculous. 2) I saw 2 German roaches in our room! Gross

The room wasn't worth $160 a night the water wasn't hot enough and the room wasn't that clean

Disgusting. Non smoking room smelled like smoke, refrigerator didnt cool, horrible stains on the carpet in the room, dirty towel hanging from shower curtain rod, dryer sheet blocking the peephole, filthy stained furniture in lobby, breakfast area disgisting. We left and ate elsewhere, sticky liquids spilled all over staircase. Flip flops stuck to gross bathroom floor. I'd rather stay in a kennel at the humane society. This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at and we travel alot.

Our room was on second floor outside stairs , black areas on the bathroom ceiling looks like water damage turned to mold other areas cracks and missing and damaged ceiling pieces.furniture old and bad shape.

Overall the service was great, however there were a few issues which caused me not to stay for the full two nights. First there was an issue with my door, I was able to get into my room initially to unpack, once settled I stepped out of the room to my car and when I tried to get back in my room my key wouldn’t work. I went to the front desk for new keys and they didn’t work either and after the third attempt with a third set of keys the keypad just flashed red apparently the batteries needed to be replaced and I would have to for the boss to arrive to fix it, I had time to go next door and order food by the time I got back the boss was on his way and this all took about 30 min or so but once he arrived he was able to resolve the problem and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Second, I wasn’t sure if I should have felt safe or really worried at the amount of police on the property, not sure if it was a shoe of force and presence or if they were looking for someone?? Third, the insane amount of noise coming from the other rooms, I couldn’t tell if people were arguing trying to fight or what and it just seemed like every time I closed my eyes something was happening so getting sleep was a challenge. If you’re a single female traveler I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have proper means to protect yourself. Aside from all of that, my room was very nice and clean except the shower head was a bit corroded but the water was hot. Again great staff.
