The clerk said he was new but still...the first room had no remote for the tv...easy fux right. No.he gives me another room as far away from everything as possible...the key doesn't work...back to the lobby then back to the room but it still doesn't work. He gets me another room the tv doesn't work!!! He gives me yet another room that isn't clean..i stayed in the room without a tv because i wasted an hour just trying to get into a room. I checked in early...paid the fee...he did return the fee at least...it was the least he could do since i had $20 worth of cold food

Hotel room was absolutely disgusting, floors were filthy blood on the floor tv didn’t work no towels in the room. Front desk was rude and not interested in fixing the issue. Internet didn’t work, my hotel door didn’t close so I had to put a chair to keep my door closed. Bugs in the room bathtub was slimy. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I would appreciate a full refund.

I liked it was close to house. It was a pleasant stay. What i didnt like was... no breakfast, the bathtub was not well cleaned when we arrived.there was hair still from the previous guests. It took foever for hot water inthe shower. And some guesta were extremely loud very early inthe morning.sound it out side, close to our room.very annoying. And the rest next not open.very inconvenient. But everything else was great.thank u.

Horrible dirty hotel, horrible service. Staff just don't care. My room was dirty from top to bottom. When i lifted the bed covers to grt in bed, there were wrappers and some sort of candy pieces all over. On the other bed coffees stained sheets with people hair all over....This place is a bio hazard...Switched room not much better.. i spoke to staff and there reaction was like if they were use to it.

This is the worst place I never stayed at. One look at this dirty motel, we left. The sheets had human "stains" and the 2nd room smelled
like cigarettes when you open the door. As a matter of fact the cigarettes butts were already all over the floor in the room. I am not fighting with them for some penalty fee that they charged me for not staying there. I will dispute this charge until it is returned. NO ONE should be staying at this place, not unless you do not value cleanliness or decent customer service. This place is a disgusting rip off!

Extremely dirty room, the entrance door had a large gap allowing cold air to come in. When i checked in the outside temperature was 19° and they had the room heat turned off. 2 hrs into my stay I booked another hotel.

The room was absolutely filthy!! To start the floors were not swept or cleaned and one of the towels in the bathroom had blood and so did the shower curtain. The remote control didn’t work and we moved the chair to block the door cause we were so scared and there was a toothbrush and a deodorant that was left there and the floor was gross. There were police there twice evicting people from there rooms.It seems like they rent the rooms to people that are homeless. It was loud the hole night we got no sleep. It was the worse experience ever.
