They didnt have the suite room we reserved for our family. Gave us two smaller rooms. TV wasnt working right in on. Bug traps loaded with bugs and we saw live cockroach in on room. Everything that could be in shabby condition was. Everything seemed cheap, broken or in some state of disrepair. The odor of weed filled the hallway. The door lesding in from outside didnt lock, so anyone could acces the interior hallway. I didnt feel comfortable or safe here. I will never book a stay at a Ramada again

The manager wasn’t a nice person. I felt stereotype for being black in the hotel also one of the staff members had throw away my breakfast and didn’t allow me to get something to eat.
Over the years traveling to different states and countries and staying in various hotels Ramada by Rockville center was the worst worst worst hotel I have ever stayed at and honestly I cannot give a good response at all. From the manager straight down to his staff wasn’t helpful or customer oriented.

Property is a motel with all rooms having an outside door. Heating / AC unit in the room extremely noisy when it cycled on. Was unable ti sleep due to noise.
Bathroom very small, dirty tissues behind the door, dust on the floor.
Property / housekeeping staff milling around front desk talking very loud rendering out the conversation while checking out. Left property earlier than the scheduled checkout date.
