Could not check in. Hotel was very dark no lights on the outside to find your way in

Check-in was easy. However, when we got to our room, it was cold. We turn on the heat and discovered that the shower only did hot water and the heater in the room did not do heat. then we got extra blankets, hoping it wouldn't be that bad, but couldn't sleep quite a bit of the night because I was so cold. There were beer cans underneath the bathroom vanity, that hadn't been picked up. It just was not a good experience. When we went down to ask for blankets, they asked if we wanted to move rooms, it wasn't terribly cold and already undressed for the night, so figured the blankets would be fine. I did not account for waking up and the room being as cold as it was outside. We did not appreciate it. It was unpleasant.I was shivering by the time I got out to my car because it was so cold in the room. I've stayed here twice before and it's never been this bad, but there was no there's no way I'll stay there again.

Just felt like it was an older hotel needing an upgrade and the washer had stained some of our clothes with a bright red mark, not sure if it was in the drum of the machine but overall housekeeping was amazing front desk just not very good hospitality

The staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was delicious. Our room was nice, clean and comfy.

under renovation; lighting out in areas, no working phone in room, front desk staff more focused on eating their Burger King dinner than resolving any issues brought by the guests. One bright spot was the cleaning lady the next morning, very nice and helpful, the management could learn from her...

The bathroom was too small, no good breakfast, the inside building smells pretty bad.

Our room was dirty, the bathtub had holes in it, there were bolts hanging from the ceiling in both the bathroom and bedroom. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were both half empty. Had higher expectations for a Red Lion.

Front desk was great! No coffee.

Location is convenient to freeway and near fast food restaurants. Check in was easy and room clean. Room had refrigerator, microwave, and TV. Condition was shabby/dated. Continental breakfast had a good variety.

It was the night of a popular concert. The hotel staff refused early check ins which resulted in a line out the door starting at 3 pm. I was in that line an hour waiting to check in. I’m sure it made many people late for the concert, luckily we made it on time. That should have been handled a lot better than it was especially considering the frequency of concerts in that area.

Room was quiet…bed was comfortable. Place has seen better days. But it was priced accordingly

Very good for the price. Room was dated, but very clean.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms did not have any of the normal amenities, like shampoo, lotion. The blow dryer didn't work properly. The hotel was once, very nice but needs some remodeling and touch ups.

45 minutes to check in. Three people in front of me. The hallways and lobby were dirty. Hot water in the shower did not work. Very dated.

Key for pool did not work. That’s the ONLY reason I booked here. When I brought up to front desk. She didn’t give a FLYING F***. Just oh that’s maintenance guy. Didn’t try and call or problem solve or try to help ONE OUNCE.
