You get what you pay for - it's cheap and it shows. Poor service with limited staff. Constant fire alarms. The floor and chairs were damaged. No batteries in the remote. Shower rod was filthy as evident on the washcloth when laid upon it. Many security cameras which was appreciated since strange men were knocking on doors in the middle of the night.

I checked in around 3:45pm first the room I booked was being used so I had to get a new room and around 12am I was kicked out for not being 21 I’m 19 and I gave the staff my id they made copy and gave me a room

Upon arrival and check-in i got to my room and my room looked like it wasnt clean. Sheets were dirty and i found hair and was placed in a smoking room. I had to change and switch 2 times until I got a room that wasnt dirty. The last room that I finally got also had a stain on the bed and at that point I was tired and didnt make the attempt to bother switching out rooms.

The area was questionable, the rugs in the entry way were dirty, the people coming in and out were scary, the comforter had multiple spots, the pillows were flat, room had an unpleasant smell and the washcloths and bath mat had dirty spots. The only good thing about the room was there was no carpet and it was very spacious.

Only one staff at checkin.
Only one staff at checkout
Once I checked in I entered room and beer cans and bottles were on the desk. No chair at desk and the bed was unmade. It took 30 minutes for the one check in lady ( who was as kind and apologetic as she could be) to get me a clean room. The one good thing was the very visible presence of the security staff.
