It's no five star hotel but you kinda know that going in. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you. It was quiet, clean, and you can reserve an Olympus shuttle to hitch a ride to Neyland stadium and back.

The hotel is older but clean for the most part. It has some poorly repaired areas that make it appear less than clean. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The floors had some worn areas but the bed and linens were comfortable and clean Overall, I would stay there again.

I booked this stay while visiting my kids in Knoxville. I’ve had prior experiences with this hotel that were great so I decided to return for this trip. Upon checking in for my room I was told it was not yet ready due to pest control, which was fine. I found no issue with this.
While I was sleeping in this room, however, I continually felt as though there was something crawling on me only to wake and find my room infested with roaches. I gathered my things and left immediately. Every time I picked up a personal belonging, more roaches were uncovered.
I attempted to discuss a full refund with the hotel management as I was unable to even stay a full night, but I was told this would not be provided and I would have to speak with a hotels.com representative to resolve this, which per my conversation with customer service was untrue.
I will not be returning to this hotel.

Staff was kind and efficient. The property needs maintenance, faucet barely worked. Damage to interior room, felt grungy. Would NOT stay or recommend this property/location ever.

Floors were dirty (still hair in the bathroom floor) absolutely zero water pressure, to me that’s a big thing, if I have to struggle to get shampoo out of my hair with really short hair at that it should say how bad that was.

It was a very easy check in. The two staff members I had interactions with were absolutely sweet and understanding. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to uninvited six legged friends that decided to come out around midnight. I was refunded in a timely manner after being offered a new room (which I declined). If the bug problem is handled better in the future I would stay here again.

My son and I stayed for the Tennessee football game. We knew this wasn't a 'nice hotel' but the cleanliness was not good. We both had many bed bug bites, which is unacceptable for any hotel. It's just lazy. I was not happy with the stay, again, knowing it wasn't going to wow me, but was still very disappointed and am now dealing with the itching and irritation of sleeping on one of the beds. Disgusting. Will not be staying again.

Check in rep was extremely friendly and helpful. No breakfast, I just assumed it would. Coffee in the airpots but it was almost cold. Checked out around 8am
Hotel was quiet. Room really needs updated. Found a roach crawling in the entrance hallway in the room. Outlets built into the light between the beds, only 1 worked and it was iffy. Had to pull out the nightstand and plug in there.

Not one, I stayed in a room with live and dead roaches. Next morning, I asked him to move me and when I did, the room smelled so bad. I just left the hotel and did not use the room. Line was too long to talk about it as I was going to the game, I called to ask for some resolution and they would not give a refund so doing a Visa chargeback.

You get what you pay for. Had roaches in first room but were moved to another. Room was a little better. Building is very run down and needs a lot of work. Was very close to Neyland stadium which was the reason we were there.
