Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed out chat with her suggestions for dining etc. had a problem with our tv remote and she came right up to help! We would stay there again. We stayed in a La Quinta in Charlotte on the road the night before and it was not as nicely kept and staff not as nice and helpful as Red Roof Inn which surprised me!

One step up from a flop house! Room was disgusting. Nothing was plugged in when we arrived. Had to use our cell phones to find the lamps and plugs. TV was unplugged and found the HDMi cable hanging on the floor. Didn't look like this room was expecting guests at all! When the lights came on, it wasn't pretty. Wallpaper was hanging off the wall, tried to move a chair, next to a lamp and the lamp fell over (they used the chair to hold up the lamp)! Bedspread had stains all over it. The bottom trim was hanging off the wall. The bathroom was disgusting. Go to the Dollar Tree and buy a clean bathmat!! Cleanliness did not exist, by looking at the soap dish, doors, floors etc. Their Housekeeping services are either not being paid to clean or just don't give a damn. Photos are proof! What killed us was, we stayed in a Hilton Spark the night before, for almost the same $ as Red Roof charged, but the different in owner pride, in their establishment, was amazing...

AC unit barely hanging on the wall, asked for a nonsmoking room but the walls were extremely yellow and it was definitely a smoking room, previous person body soap bar in the shower still, dirty towels, and nasty room overall. No breakfast and the office closes through the nice. Extremely disappointed and disgusted because we normally stay in a red roof inn in Indiana when we visit and it has always been nice until we visited this location.

It was extremely dirty. Hand prints on mirrors and hair in shower. Floor lamp in bathroom that door didnt even close. Peep hole was broken with a tissue stuck in it. Could see through the door frame right into the room. Air conditioner didn't even work.

The inn is in need of refurbishment. Bed was very soft and had little structure. No coffee at the front desk. The room smelled musty and air conditioner made banging noises. The ceiling in room looked as if it had leaked. I generally like red roof inns but not this one

The riom was dirty sheet did not smell clean. There was hair all over the tub. I asked for a different room. Got locked out due the the batteries in the door lock being dead. Took forever to replace. Ac unit was old and loud made it impossible to sleep

The room was so-so. The toilet only had 1 bolt holding the seat on. It was kind of like riding a bull. If you can hang in there for 8 seconds, you'd be a winner! The smoke detector was broken off from the wall. TV screen was badly scratched.
