Friendly staff. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Did not feel like you are “nickle and dimed” like some of the upscale hotels. Beautiful decor, very clean, safe, and close to big mall and hospitals. Overall, very nice, will stay there again

When we arrived for check in there was an event. So finding somewhere to pull up and run into to check in was difficult. There were cop cars as well. So at first we thought something had happened. The front desk told us they were eating at the restaurant. Food was good and stay was fine. Just check in and parking was a bit chaotic and crowded.

Initially my room was occupied when I opened the door. The room was double booked. This could have been a fatal situation. There’s absolutely no reason this should ever happen. Training definitely needs improvement

My stay was amazing! The staff was friendly at the front desk as well as the restaurant. The atmosphere is great and the rooms as well as the common areas are nice and well maintained. I honestly would have extended my stay just to enjoy the hotel. It’s also in a great location with tons of things in walking distance or a very short drive.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, Christmas Decor was everything! We enjoyed our stay overall. The toilet would not flush- like the inside plumbing needs to be changed, and the shower head water pressure is poor, but overall, very clean and comfy.
