Room was beautiful and clean, amenities were high quality. Bed was comfortable but pillows were way too soft. Service at restaurant The Place was just okay - two entrees were served 15 minutes before another entree, and another time we were just ignored after we sat down for 10 minutes until we moved to the bar.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, location was amazing, housekeeping was fantastic.

This is a very large resort. It was quite during our stay but I could not imagine being there when it is fully booked. Self park is a bit of a hike. The room and balcony was very nice.

What I liked about the property is that is was clean, service was excellent, quick and prompt service always. My one bedroom studio was a nice size and the walk in closet was super helpful to keep my luggage and hanging clothes. The surrounding area of the hotel was good location and views of the mountains were great.
What I would change - I was surprised that the pool area was only 3 feet. I didn't see that stated on the website and may have been a deal breaker for me to stay at this hotel with a family of all adults. The hotel needs more jacuzzis with less kids in them or adult only time. Too many small kids dominated the jacuzzi's including kids with diapers which was a huge turn off. (btw- I'm a mom of two boys). Also, more options for dining than just Cava and My Place which I never ate at becuase it never seemed to be open at the right times. Need to have a buffet breakfast.

We had a nice stay at the resort. The staff were friendly and attentive. The grounds were lovely and the pool was enormous. The only disappointment was the overall cleanliness of the facility. I feel they need more cleaning staff to maintain the pool, the deck, public areas and the rooms. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Was a good place to stay. Could have had better amenities like shuttles to near by places and attractions and more reasonably priced dinning options. Also could have been cleaner in the common areas, rooms and restaurants. Had many dirty cups and cutlery.

We ended up leaving a day early due to significant noise from a convention taking place in the hotel. Despite staying on the 6th floor, the sound from the main areas was overwhelming, especially during the evening and night, making it difficult for us to get our 2-year-old to sleep and stay asleep. It really impacted our experience and took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.
If you're considering staying here, I’d recommend checking with the hotel about any planned events or conventions and requesting a room as far away from the main lobby and elevators as possible. This could help ensure a quieter and more enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff, excellent pool, and beautiful property. The DIY juice bar at breakfast blew my mind, to be honest. I’ve never seen that before. This is a fave of mine and my husband’s. We stay here at least once or twice a summer.
