The staff was super welcoming. Whenever we had a request to our room they were so fast and nice about it. The breakfast was great as well. Pool and gym was great! The bed and pillows were so soft. Overall would definitely come back again!

The hotel was located in a very quiet, secured newer area with plenty of parking. The room we booked had two rooms with bathrooms attached with a joining living room and kitchenette with a dining set. All was very clean and kept. A Costco was located about 3 minutes away, which we were able to buy certain items for meals and store perishables in a full size refrigerator. We also enjoyed our time at the indoor pool and billiard table area. Special thanks to Marc for attending to our needs at the front desk. Great stay!

The staff is amazing, all of them friendly, helpful. Special thanks to breakfast service, housekeeping and front office. Technical service must be working hard too since everything is in the same perfect condition for years. I am their customer for the past 7 years

Everything per standard for a residence inn. We stayed for 3 nights and it was as expected. The location is far from downtown Chicago and hence not a recommended spot if you plan to visit downtown. Traffic to downtown is horrible everyday.
Bfast was a repeat for 3 days and no bread was provided only option was to eat bagels or English muffins.
