Muy apropiado para pasar unos días agradables en familia. Me gustaría volver en verano para acceder a la piscina que estaba cerrada por la temporada. Mi única observación es que el sofá cama deberían cambiarlo aunque no fue necesario usarlo, lo probamos y se siente muy incómodo.

Check-in delayed. Asked for handicap room and extra pillows did not get. First night fire alarms going off for @3 hours then finally after getting dressed, etc, false alarm. Then the elevators were down, told they were working on them. 5 hours later still not working. My mom has a walker, we cannot walk up 7 flights of stairs. 6 hours later had to get a ride to a different hotel. Do not recommend this hotel at all

A convenient hotel to stay at. Has a limited lobby but each floor has a sitting area. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The hotel interior needs some painting but overall the condition is good.

Worn , poor smell , some areas the smell is covered with the smell of cleaner.
I don’t like to leave negativity. We wound up not staying. If this were in the 1 star hotel class , the reviews would be more accurate.

The property overall was nice. The room was clean, staff were friendly, walkable, easy access to restaurants and things to do. The downsides were the elevators were down several times during our stay. The fire alarm went off at 6:30am one morning with no explanation from staff except that the elevators were down, don't freak out, etc. There was also no hot water for our stay. We weren't told about there being an "issue with the boiler" until we asked at checkout. My husband and I genuinely thought that we couldn't figure out how to work the shower, so we were a bit surprised we weren't notified of this issue during our stay. Had we been there more than 2 nights, this would have been a bigger issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. The entire place had a run-down feel, with clear signs of neglect. The sink in our room was literally coming out of the wall, and there was no shelf or space to store our toiletries, which made things quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, the neighbors next door were playing loud music well past midnight, so we hardly got any sleep. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel. I would also not stay here again.

Not welcoming staff. No hot water . Terrible breakfast. Place also dated and doesn't show well. Bad enough not to stay there ever again and perhaps any such property.
