My hotel was cancelled last minute. I booked another through Expedia. When u got to the property they had just received my booking request. The lady at the desk didn’t know if they had a room for me but was able to move things around and reassure me I would have a room. So thankful for her!! The property is very nice and in a good area. Highly recommend!!

I did not stay. On a late 7:30 pm check in I'm told there was a problem with the TV remote. Since checkout is 11, they've known about this for at least 7 hours. They said they would bring a new one which they tried but it didn't work. They said they would call their facilities support people to get it fixed and then told me it could not happen. I was not willing to stay at a hotel with no TV. I advised them that I was leaving and they said they would back out there charges but so far they haven't. I left and went to another nearby hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great and helpful. However, the area in not the best as far as walking around on foot to places. Take a car and ride service.
The staff at first was nice at check in.
Later as i booked more nights and staying in the same room, they asked to swipe my card again and again.
Later i saw that my credit card had charges ranging from $135 to $430. I notified management and they said that it would drop off. Right now i had to dispute charges with my credit card company since some have already posted to my account.
Avoid this property if possible especially if you dont want to be inconvenienced with unauthorized charges.

At first the receptionist was very nice but I had to check out early same day at 11pm she looked at me in a disgusting way and asked me “did you brake anything?” And “Sooo, you paid for a room you didn’t want?” She told me “That’s not gonna happen” when I tried checking out. I was treated and judged wrong for checking out same day early.

Nice, clean, great location, refrigerator in room. My only complaint is the staff needed to work on their friendliness. They didn’t smile, they didn’t say hi, they wouldn’t even look at you.
