The free airport shuttle to JFK is one of the selling point aside from the cleanliness and great customer service of the staff .
It will be top of my list of where to stay if ever I need to catch a flight from JFK again.

For the most part we had an uneventful stay. Although the rooms and the property are well kept and clean the window dressings were soiled and the paint around windows had large section hanging off in our room. Our TV was approx. 20 years old and the picture was terrible. Since it was after hours we were told we could switch rooms or wait till morning when maintenance came back in. Tons of empty rooms but they weren't allowed to just grab from another room and we were leaving in the morning. we were not packing our entire room up for a television. Room was pricey and not worth the cost due to our dated amenities.

Nothing like what was pictured. Room was clean, but not enough sugar or coffee for our 4am departure, no access to breakfast bar to even get cream or sugar for coffee! Disappointing. We are grateful for shuttle service to airport, but looked like a depressed area/neighborhood.

This is a hidden gem. It is about a 5 minute drive to airport. They serve breakfast, have WiFi and the grounds are beautiful. Property is set back from road. Relaxing place to be. Only reason for not being a 5 star rating was our room was very hot. Afternoon sun had this room baking. He said NO A/C during “this season” but that doesn’t make sense. If you need it, it should always be available and it should be in your room, not at someone else’s discretion.
