Rodeway Inn & Suites Canyon Lake-Menifee West

It’s 2:20 AM there’s people opening doors all loud, a lady was screaming like crazy fighting with someone else. 2 hours ago a couple were fighting too screaming all loud by the window. The room has a weird dirty smell, I didn’t mind the room conditions for one night but all these people are not letting us sleep and get some rest. I’m here for a soccer tournament and it has being the worst decision ever staying at this hotel.

Thanks for a good stay

The room was gross and smelled heavily of smoke. It was a non-smoking room. I left, feeling sick to my stomach due to the smell. The walls are paper thin, and people were partying all night.

Just ok

The building smelled really bad, like a wet ashtray. The flooring in the halls looked to have never been vacuumed and the fake plants in the lobby were dusty and faded. Our non-smoking room was clearly used for smoking and we don’t think it’s just cigarette smoke. The door frame had been recently busted off with what we could only assume was crowbars and maybe police raid materials. There were bugs in the shower and once you turned on the shower, the bugs seemed to multiply! The drain in the shower was broken so it looked as if you could cut your foot. The neighbors in the next room were long term stay patrons who stayed up til 3 am playing loud obnoxious music and probably smoking crack.

Very friendly and helpful. We needed to stay for a night as we are from out of town and attending a birthday party and soccer tournament. Evern had hot coffee and orange juice in the morning

The property is kept cleaned, it is quiet & the staff are pleasant

Pictures are very deceiving, walls had left over plaster , roaches, floors were greasy and hard to breath.

The shower didn’t work nor, did the tv. Was refunded 28.00 back. Won’t stay there ever again.

It was adequate for my needs.

We found bed bugs on the sheetas, bathrooms walls are pilling odd and the carpet is supert dirty

The hotel need to be updated the bathroom had cracks in wall n could some rust

Place to stay if you’re visiting Canyon Lake

This hotel is really run down 😕 very low on supplies, banged up, limited smoke alarms, broken furniture...not good
