My stay was horrible staff was rude and I was giving a room I didn’t pay for I want a refund

Property was old. Buildings were falling apart. The floor in the room was dirty and cold. The tub was disgusting. Didnt even shower while i was there. Sheets were dirty as well. The place needs a serious update. The only good thing was the convenience of a supermarket across the street and several takeout places to choose from

Comforter was dirty. TV volume didn't work. Bath didn't work, though shower did. Will say, front desk was nice, bed was made, water was hot. Just not the best.

The shower had hair in it😟. I would like a refund, never to return.

I did not like anything over there dirty not cleaning at all they charge for breakfast nothing provided

We had two rooms. First room the tub/jet bath combo didn’t work. Only the shower. Showed the front desk. Nothing was done about it. Second night they gave us a different room that the tub spout worked and shower head but the jet tub didn’t. Rooms were clean. That’s about the only good thing I have to say about this hotel

Everybody was nice to each other the buy you good in the house

For a 1 ⭐️ road motel it's Ok I guess. Bathroom was clean and neat. The building is in total disrepair, the rooms have seen better days. Don't believe the pictures, the only real thing about them is the mural behind the bed.

Shower was broken, only hot water was working. Furniture was dirty and front of the building big pile of tree leaves were sitting which seems that they have not been swept for a long time. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and wrinkled and not been ironed. Staff wasn’t cooperative but dismissive. I have pictures taken as an evidence. I can provide if requested.

This motel was not worth the $200 I paid for one night. The bed and sheets were uncomortable. The towels given hadn’t been washed (there was mascara on them) and were very itchy. Only two small pillows. No comforter, thin sheets. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

No free breakfast as advertised. Hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke in front of my NON SMOKING ROOM. I was supposed to pay according to my reservation about $440 for 4 nights. The charged my $650.00 for 3 nughts after the unilaterally dropped the 4th night. This totally ruined my plans to visit the Big Apple. I left after one night and went some place else. They still owe me $15.00 for the breakfast I had to buy, since they renigged on the advertised free breakfast. The room itself was OK.

Grounds kept nice. The building is in disrepair and should be completely remodeled. Bees nests all over property the furniture was damaged so bad and falling apart the fridge wasn’t operational and the bath tub was disgusting peeling apart the toilet seat was broken no toilet paper holder and the room smelled musty

Clean and convenient.

My only problem was housekeeping. Snot from other guests nose. Filthy tub. It needed to be cleaned with a scrubbie. A rag or sponge would never work. On the wall by the bed and night stand was where a prior guest carved square little boxes and other designs in the wall.Curtins were handling of the rod. The lamp on the desk had a brand new lamp shade and a old cracked up yellow dirty dusty shade. The tv was at the very least 30 years old. You had to do everything by hand the remote control was use less. You had to do the volume and on and off by hand and you had to go close to the tv to change the channels with the remote. The counter in the bathroon says Huntington Country inn and it 1970's style with a dirty old and faded mirror with sections faded black ⚫️. It is like putting a dress on a farm pig 🐖. A new bead spread and and new Curtins do not make the room renovated. Old broken desk furniture and a dirty filthy 1970's old Couch on the cement in the parking lot. I think you should rent a dumpster and clean up. Your Motel has great bones and great potential. What I will say is your Travel Lodge is way better then most other Travel Lodges I have been to. The man was very nice and friendly and the place was quiet 🤫. But in your office area you should invest in lowver doors for the doorway and remove the tacky sheet that has turned yellow from being up so long. Didnt Like it at all Drug addicts, walking around,

Hotel had no functional WiFi entire week I was there, holes in the blankets , no main lights in the room, just small light , bathroom light and neon light .

Needs a bit of updating/renovation. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. I like that the hotel and its parking areas are spacious. I like the quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is helpful. I would definitely stay again.
